Order Processing:
All products will be shipped within the same or next business day. A back-order notice will be sent to you immediately if any items are temporarily out of stock.
Shipping & Handling:
A shipping charge will be added to the order amounts, and will be
shown right before the order form asks you for your credit card information.
Additional charges may be added for mass quantity orders, special requests and
for all Non-contiguous States.
Credit Card Purchase:
Please be assured that any on-line ordering information you submit will be transmitted to a secure site. Informaiton regarding you and your order will be kept confidential and used only to process your order.
We verify the billing and shipping address. To expedite orders, the billing and shipping address should be the same.
Non-Credit Card Purchase:
To pay by check/money order: All checks must be drawn on a
U.S. Bank (make checks payable to United Printech Inc). Allow 4 - 7 business
days for check to be cleared.

Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a
prompt replacement or refund, subject to the following restrictions.
You
must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning
any product. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number.
The RMA number can be obtained by e-mailing to:
upi@upius.com
Please provide the following information when requesting an RMA number:
1) customer's name
2) date of purchase
3) invoice number
4) the nature of the problem.
No collect shipments will be accepted.
All defective products will only be accepted for credit, exchange within 30 days from the date of invoice. We will credit it back to the credit card when we receive the returned product. The shipping cost is not refundable.
All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date. All products to be returned for credit must be returned 100% complete, in re-saleable
conditon.
