InkTec Co., Ltd. (www.inktec.com) , a premier manufacturer in ink technology for inkjet
printers, was founded in 1992 by Dr. Kwang-Choon Chung. He has a Ph.D. in Chemistry from KAIST. KAIST stands for Korea Advanced Institute of Science
of Technology and is the most renowned institute of science and technology in Korea. Dr. Chung, president and CEO of InkTec, personally holds numbers
of patents in ink techlonogy.
Since its establishment in 1992, InkTec has experienced rapid growth and become one of the premier manufacturers of high quality ink cartridges and
refill kits for the inkjet printer market.
InkTec is the leading producer of these products in Korea and most of the other Pacific Rim markets. Stringent quality control and integrated
technology ensure the ink products produced by InkTec meet or exceed the original printer manufacturer's specifications.
In 1993, InkTec achieved Excellent Korean Technology Mark (KT)and only
companies who have met the stringent quality control requirements of the Korean government (Ministry of Science and Technology), as evidenced by
receiving this award, may advertise this mark indicating excellent quality in manufactured products.
When print-outs are compared, InkTec inks are on a par with inks manufactured by the printer OEMs.
The Research and Development engineers remain at the forefront of technology in the inkjet printer industry. Development of compatible
cartridges and refill kits begins immediately upon the release of each new printer by the OEMs. Our replacement cartridges and refill kits are brought
to market through our worldwide distribution network as quickly as possible to ensure that you continue to reap the savings offered by our breakthrough
pricing philosophy, even when using the latest printer products.
InkTec was the winner of the Jang Young Shil Awardin 1996 for excellence
in development of ink technology. Jang Young Shil is the pre-eminent Korean scientist who invented the world's first digital water clock (Cha Kweok
Rhu) in the year 1433. Now he is revered as a symbol of excellence in Korean Science and Technology.
Now, InkTec is widely recognized as a reliable manufacturer of the inkjet consumable supplies, expanding its worldwide sales channels to more than 90
